Yes. HTMP™ 192 is built on a standard 384-well pitch and is compatible with most automated liquid handling systems and high-content imaging platforms.
We recommend anywhere from 200 – 600 cells per microwell for most applications. This range is generally sufficient to generate microtissues with final diameter less than 250 µm, significantly reducing the likelihood of hypoxic gradients and necrotic core formation (Glicklis et al., Biotechnology & Bioengineering, 2003) (Däster & Amatruda et al., Oncotarget, 2016).
